About

This series is organized by postdocs and graduate students at MIT with the goal of bringing together the vibrant community of researchers in the greater Boston area with shared interests in microbiology, particularly research that intersects in some way with microbial ecology and evolution.

We invite early career researchers (graduate students, postdocs, new faculty) in the greater Boston area to present! If you would like to nominate an early career speaker, or if you are an early career researcher who would like to give a talk click on the link: [coming soon]

  • Format: ~45 min talk with 15 minutes for questions
  • Monday afternoons (4-5PM) in Building 68, Room 180
  • In person only- talks will not be recorded or streamed
  • Folks outside of MIT are welcome to attend! Note: all MIT buildings are on key-card access. Please sign up for our email list for more information on attending.
